Marine Information Service (MIS)

The MIS is the communications arm of the Texas Sea Grant College Program. It is charged with delivering the latest information about marine science, technology and pressing issues to the people who can best use it — people interested in the wise use and preservation of the Gulf Coast.

The MIS uses a variety of products to spread information, including the award-winning Texas Shores magazine, CD-ROMs, maps, books, conference proceedings and other publications.
