Texas A&M University 2012-13 Undergraduate Research Scholars Program

We are pleased to announce a new opportunity for Texas A&M University undergraduate students working on marine-related research projects.  With support from the Texas Sea Grant Program, the Undergraduate Research Scholars program will designate up to five Sea Grant Scholars for the 2012-2013 academic year.  Sea Grant Scholars will be eligible for an additional $1,000 supplement to their research budget for projects related to the marine environment.  Applicants for Sea Grant Scholars should apply using the standard application process for the Undergraduate Research Scholars (see info below).  Once an Undergraduate Research Scholar's application and proposal have been received by Honors and Undergraduate Research (HUR), students will be contacted to confirm their eligibility for the Sea Grant Scholars program.  Please refer any questions to ugr@tamu.edu.
